1,000 homes built with Forsa formworks in Jamaica’s most touristic area.

MONTEGO WEST VILLAGE, 1,000 dreams built!

Montego West Village, a development with 1,000 mid-range homes, was built in the most touristic sector of Jamaica.

This ambitious project required a system that would adapt to its architectural design and honor all the details required on the facade of the house.

The solution

Two sets of FORSA Plus 475 equipment were required for this project, in order to achieve:

✔Monolithic casting of house walls and roof slab, whose design included a gable roof with a 15% slope.

✔The architectural design includes a column and arch on the porch, window frames, and curved walls on the facade of the house. All the details were included in the formwork.

✔Additionally, the equipment was complemented with formworks for the slab foundation.

Achievements

✔100% of the house was built with Forsa formwork (foundation, walls, roof, and architectural details).
